Bernhard Raschke
Distinguished Expert Advisor
Bernhard Raschke is a senior executive coach and former Chief Transformation Officer with more than three decades of experience across procurement, transformation, executive search, and leadership development within global and FTSE100 organisations, consistently working at the intersection of strategy and people.
He has held senior leadership roles spanning the full procurement and transformation value chain, from analytics and management consulting through executive search and development to the operating seat of a FTSE100 transformation, bringing a comprehensive
understanding of how strategy is translated into execution at scale.
Bernhard has led large-scale procurement transformation and change-management initiatives, drawing on his time as Chief Transformation Officer at RS Group, where he ran the company-wide transformation programme and the Top 100 leader development cycle anchored in the Talent-to-Value approach. His earlier career includes a partnership at A.T. Kearney leading the European Procurement Analytics Practice, the Global Procurement
Practice Leader role at PwC, a decade as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry running CPO and supply-chain executive search and leadership development across Europe, and mentoring engagements at Merryck & Co, one of the UK's earliest dedicated executivementoring
firms. He coaches senior procurement leaders one to one in preparation for their next C-suite role, and aligns and mobilises leadership teams across the team, individual, and AI-augmented dimensions of transformation.
He combines strategic perspective with hands-on practitioner experience, having held the seats his clients now occupy. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with senior executives and board-level stakeholders, navigating organisational complexity, aligning diverse interests, and delivering results under pressure. His credentials include accreditation
as an Executive Coach (ACCT), certification as a Hogan Assessor, and training in Internal Family Systems, set against academic foundations in organisational science and applied artificial intelligence.
His experience spans multiple geographies, with recent and current engagements across the United Kingdom, the DACH region, Europe, and the United States, including leadership-team coaching at DPW (Digital Procurement World) on growth and value-creation strategy, and ongoing one-to-one coaching of senior bankers at a leading global investment bank. His
leadership is characterised by a focus on people, alignment, and momentum, with the conviction that small misalignments at the top of an organisation create disproportionate confusion at the operating front.
