World Procurement Congress 2026 takes place 19–21 May 2026 at the InterContinental London – The O2 and remains the most senior global gathering of procurement leaders. Bringing together more than 1,200 CPOs and senior executives alongside 140+ global speakers, WPC is where the function’s direction is debated and defined. The programme begins with two focused Day 0 forums, the AI Forum and the Resilience Forum, followed by two days of congress sessions and the World Procurement Awards. Across themes including CPO vision, people and performance, digitalisation, resilience, sustainability, and partnerships and innovation, the agenda reflects procurement’s expanding mandate in a volatile and technology-driven environment.
At Kose Advisory, we attend because procurement now sits at the center of value creation, risk management, and geopolitical navigation. Our work across global value chains, industrial strategy, and technology adoption aligns directly with the conversations shaping this community. Engaging with CPOs in this setting allows us to exchange grounded insight on AI integration, structural resilience, supplier strategy, and governance under pressure, while contributing perspective on how procurement can lead enterprise-wide transformation rather than simply respond to disruption.
