The Exiger Executive Forum The Rise of Autonomous Supply Chains takes place on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 6:30 PM GMT at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel in London. The premise is direct. AI in the supply chain no longer stops at surfacing insight. It recommends actions, executes workflows, and increasingly operates alongside the people accountable for the outcome. Autonomy promises speed and scale, but it also creates new blind spots, new attack surfaces, and new questions about who owns a decision when a machine authored it.

Most organisations say they want machine speed. Fewer have decided whether they are buying AI that informs, AI that recommends, or AI that acts without asking. This forum examines that gap. The discussion covers the tension leaders feel when delegating judgment, the governance risk of code shipped faster than it can be reviewed, the expanded cyber exposure that comes with autonomous agents, and the practical reality that AI handles most of the work well while the remaining fraction, the exceptions and edge cases, is where reputational and financial damage actually occurs. The focus is on designing autonomy deliberately, so that speed does not outrun control and a machine-generated plan remains a decision someone can defend.

At Kose Advisory, we take part because this question of delegated judgment is now a board-level issue. Our CEO and Chief Analyst, Koray Köse, joins the speaker line-up alongside former UK Minister Tobias Ellwood and Deliveroo CPO Rob Turner, with Matthew Heibel of the Aspen Institute Central Europe moderating. Our work centres on translating geopolitical signals, financial exposure, and structural dependency into decisions that protect enterprise value. Autonomous systems raise the stakes on that work: the faster decisions are executed, the more important it becomes to know where human oversight must sit, how escalation and override are designed, and how regulatory and geopolitical pressures will reshape these operating models over the next two years. Engaging in this setting allows us to test those questions with leaders who will be answerable for the outcomes.
